Macaw: I have been trying out new types of bird to join the aviary. Starting with a bright red Macaw. He is (H)26 x (W)14 x (D)15 cm.

Dodo: 17th century sketches of the living bird are not a bit like the “Alice in Wonderland” image that inspired this pretty girl. She is approximately (H)13 x (W)14 x (D)17 cm

Flamingo: Nature at its most exotic, these glamorous ungainly birds are magnificent. I have tried to capture the superficial frilliness of these absurd creatures. She is approximately (H)42 x (W)14 x (D)18 cm.

Eagle: Inspired by American bald eagles, this fellow is fierce, wise and totemic. He is approximately (H)22 x (W)14 x (D)14 cm.

Penguin: I have swum with penguins in the Galapagos. They may seem comical on land, but in the sea they are sleek, efficient predators. This one is approximately (H)19 x (W)14 x (D)16 cm.

Peacock: The most showy and bizarre members of the bird kingdom. He is approximately (H)27 x (W)31 x (D)17 cm.

Robins: As the days grew shorter and Christmas drew near, the flock needed robins to add winter cheer. Each one is approximately (H)17 x (W)10 x (D)12 cm.
